Who - Me?

Inspired by Paula Krugerud ( http://www.pbase.com/nevada_beeutiful/image/85107817) I finally summed up courage to shoot my first self portraits. Our house being very small it wasn't easy to find a good place; then one of my cats decided it was a fun game pulling down the cloth I had hung up. In short - it was an interesting morning!

Susanne, I have visited your nursery and know that you are even more beautiful than these pictures suggest. They do emphasize your peaceful aura, though. Peace is what we all crave, whether we realize it or not, and you are the picture of inner peace.

Hi Susanne :-) I voted for this gallery but wasn't sure what to comment because I know I can come across too strong at times and tend to scare people off! :-p We've been commenting for a while now and I still really love those web photos! Well... I didn't picture you this way but bravo for the SP's. I have done a few in my just because gallery but it always makes me nervous. I don't think many people are "happy" with the way they look. I scrutinize my face way more than I should... I think PBase has not only been an outlet for creativity but also a place to discover myself. Well, your pictures are beautiful and you have a beautiful face (if you don't mind me saying). Well done! These are great shots! :-) ~ Chad

Susanne...you did it!!! Fantastic and I must say you are as beautiful outside as you are inside! Now, aren't you glad you did it and don't you want to take more!?? :-) I agree with Shawn's comments...it is not easy to put oneself in a vulnerable position. Great work!

I must say I am glad you gained the courage. I recently tried this and was amazed at how self conscious I was. It is not easy to place yourself in a vulnerable position on the web for the world to see. I admire you and must say that you did a wondeful job with these images. A big warm friendly vote.
