During the holidays, the exchange would fix up this building to be it's remote "Toy Land" store - where they'd sell the toys for Christmas. The building was for many years, at least since I moved back in 1986, the old base library. It was torn down about 15 years ago due to asbestos and structural issues. Not to mention that it sat at the end of the main runway.
