Turning The Corner 2

A redo of the following image in which I've tried to isolate the shadows as they hug the corner of the wall.

See another redo here:

Leica D-Lux 3
1/640s f/8.0 at 6.3mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I like the light shadow..it seems to dance in the light..

Agree with Kal. It would have been easy to increase the contrast... but it is much more delicate that way. The distorded shadows is like a fall in the void, very dynamic.

Love it's lightness...it would be so easy to over contrast it...but this is a delicate turn ;-)k

I am thrilled that you tried it again, this time with only the shadows turning the corner. Your image leaves more to the imagination than the one with the actual leaves in it. The color tone here works for you as well-- the plant seems to embrace two worlds simultaneously.

Agree with Phil...this is a much more intriguing image with just the shadows.. The elongation of the shadows on the left side adds interest too!

This is much better! I am really loving this one...simple and hugely effective!
