What a stunning image, Jenene! It apears to be a pregnant belly just under the surface, with the water a perfect accompaniment: fluid on the inside and the outside. The colors are serene, refreshing, seeming to hint at all the little wigglies that had to be present to produce gravidity...luscious!

Alice! Alice!
I called from behind the shivering silver,
Staining my beady eyes with a whisker twitch.
But she was already lost within the reality
Of another dream,
Away from Wonderland.

What a somptuous use of light! Wavelets of water turning into wavelets of light. The pink color is unexcpected and mysterious.

I sense an element of pre-Raphaelite influence here... love the use of leaves

Very beautifully done. I really like the colors and your play with different elements, human, nature and water. The touch of ripples made me anticipate a reborn you emerging from the water.

The best yet, Jenene. There is only a hint of human flesh here, and the incredibly, the leaves hint at it as well. Beautiful use of restrained color: delicate, fragile, and vulnerable.
