You have been working on expressing movement, I see. This train is really flying. I wish you had exif data for this picture, because I would like to see what shutter speed you used here. The problem is that the train is too blurred to be a train, and the background too distinct to express motion. This is a perfect subject for a pan shot --where you choose a slow shutter speed, and move the camera from in the direction of the train at the same relative speed as the train. The train will still show blur, but the because it is moving and the camera is moving and the background is not, the background will become an even faster, cleaner, blur. The result will be fast moving train, instead of an unidentifiable blur against a stationary background. Practice panning with moving subjects, Jenene, and you will be amazed at what you can do.
