At different times, I had hiked both directions over the Cascade Mountains of Washington; from east to west, and from west to east. I call this waterfall found on the route “No Name Waterfall” since there was no name for it on the map. It was near “Dutch Miller Gap,” a foot pass that cuts through the Cascade Mountains in the Alpine Lakes region, and not far from Lake Ivanhoe. It was a grueling backpack trip - this picture was definitely earned.
