My (late)dog Flash and I often walked in our local municipal parks, usually at first light.
I tell all my friends I consider it one of my daily privileges although I miss Flash terribly.
However, moving on, try it sometime, in the early morning quiet. Well, that is, until some
misguided individual decides the loudness of his/her transport's exhaust is meant to
reach your ears. Another entirely different symphony that usually competes with that
intrusion is the awakening song of birds and frogs as they stir into their rituals of
maintaining their daily existence. A good start to our day.
