Often, when viewers first see these illustrations as poster prints, their first comment is something like, "Nice photo, Jim." To which I reply, "It's not a photo, it's an illustration, created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, you know, like a drawing/painting."

That's when the penny usually drops, they look a little closer at the artwork and begin to really appreciate how much work I put into each piece. You see, my art (as apart from my photography) is photo-realistic. Hard to get cars like these into an all white studio for pics, similar to the ads from their eras, so I decided to draw them instead.

Also, I don't possess a photo studio that big anyway!
