Our first lamb feast outside Bishkek. The guest of honor gets the head of the sheep and shares each of its parts with the other guests in ritual fashion --- first the left ear, then the eye, etc. For hors d'oeuvres, slices of sheep liver topped with slices from the fat of the lamb's butt, thinly-sliced onions, and warm vinegar.
