Trier. Spielzeugmuseum (Toy Museum)

Playing and dreaming ...
...Play has always been more than just a means to pass the time away. Rather toys have always been the world - in miniature - for children: to feel, to grasp, to experience. They have fostered the learning process of human relations and given flight to fantasy.A stroll through the Trier Toy Museum is full of great enjoyment not least because of that but also a journey into the visitor's own past into the time of childhood and its dreams.

Ken is right it is a BMW Isetta - our neighbor had one for years and used it every day. Cute find! V

It would be like riding a lawnmower or your very first tricycle at aged 3 :)

Am I right in thinking, this isn't a toy car, but a post war ( WW2) BMW isetta ?

That is a full sized vehicle, isn't it? Not everyone could squeeze in! :)
