It is on the South facade and by this Gothic door, is where you start the visit to the Cathedral, but first we must have a close look at and enjoy it.In the center of the tympanon is Jesus sitting with the Book of Wisdom in his hands and surrounded by the four evangelists and their symbols.On the lintel are the twelve apostles with a book of the Gospels in their hands, at the sides of the door are prophets and apostles and the mullion is Bishop Don Mauricio, who was the one who initiated the construction of the Cathedral.In the archivolts are the elders of the apocalypse playing their instruments, kings and angels.
