Lleó Morera House, finished on 1906, remained in the family's hands until 1943, when it was sold to the insurance company Sociedad Mercantil Bilbao. Forty years later, the house passed into the hands of Mutualidad General de Previsión Social de la Abogacía de Madrid before being sold to Grup Planeta.
