Inside the administration building there is a considerable number of representation of symbolism about patron Paul Gil. The lobby, which includes much of the symbolism on the history of the hospital, is a large room consisting of nine vaults, some other spherical and elliptical-coated ceramic tiles placed in spike and sustained based on marble columns and capitals in stone octagonal floral decoration. The shells of the vaults contain a set of symbols, some with a message iconographic and other arms, which can be observed in other parts of Modernisme
