The town has three shrines, San Miguel, with medieval tombs carved out of the rock around the shrine, Nuestra Señora de Peñalva, a Mozarabic construction from the 10th century, with three naves and horseshoe shaped chevet and the shrine of San Tirso, situated in a gorge dug out of the rock, with an outstanding main altarpiece in neo-Mudejar style from the 16th century
