DSCF3831.jpgJohn (a very gifted painter) made this painting for me!! It's Erasmus bridge with me in front taking pictures. So good, that John never saw Erasmus Bridge other then via photos. I really am proud to have received this painting. I also recognize myself !!!
They took this painting with them from the USA, carrying it also the whole rainy day in Delft and Rotterdam !!!! |
DSCF3832.jpgJohn is 'addicted' to oil paint. I must admit you get much more effect then with acryl. You more or less add a dimension to a painting. look at the way he depicted the waves. Virginia rules the waves for me from now on. |
