My drastically changing balcony view

It's now march 2004 and the office building being built just in front of me has now reached it's highest point now (central part, lifts). The outer facade is now erected. In the same time a subterranean parking garage is built in Scheepmakershaven. It appears to be a tough job as there are many ' artefacts'of earlier days stil in the ground, which makes it difficult ramming steel sheets and tubes. My new skyline, as I will see it from my balcony Building on the left will be an appartment building. Still no decision on when they will start, as at least 75 % of the (very expensive) appartments have to be sold.
