The correct name of your bird is Sacred Ibis (Threskiornis aethiopicus). Comments from augustine_ezealor@yahoo.com

Nestor, This is the African correspondent of the Asian melanocephala. This is called Sacred Ibis (Threskiornis aethiopica), and this is a juvenile bird.
