"Admiring a Waterfall in the Shade of Pine Trees" (detail) - by Liao Cifu, an artist from Taiwan, master of ancient „shan-shui” painting.
Shan shui (Chinese: 山水 lit. "mountain-water") refers to a style of Chinese painting that involves or depicts scenery or natural landscapes, using a brush and ink rather than more conventional paints. Mountains, rivers and often waterfalls are prominent in this art form.

Photo taken at the Liao Cifu's exhibition in Warsaw Ethnographic Museum.

Gorgeous painting. Reminds me of my mother's house, she has a scene like this on her wall. It is very peaceful, Laine is right!

Yes Liao Cifu had great feeling of good composition and framing.
And he was very sensitive to details and mood of course.
Did I something omitted?
Of course - V for U both!
