This shot from yesterday - taken from the Gdanski Bridge tramway and walking level to the other part of it - for trains.
Below you can see that very high and speedy water of the biggest flood since 1844. The culmination wave was still rising and reached 7.70m (25.3feet)
Today, 22 May, at 12 noon we had the highest water level - 780cm, but now it slowly gets down and is 774cm.
We had no internet nor telephone connection all day today, so only 15 minutes ago it returned.
Thank you all for words of concern and anxiety, till now we are safe, fortunately the water did not break the levee near our house.
But in other parts of Warsaw there are some local inundations, we are still watching the dyke as it might leak due to long time of high water.
