Tonette and John were married on the numbers 08-08-08 (August 8, 2008). With the wedding and reception set in a private garden, I felt there was so much to shoot everywhere, what with the blue sky as good background overlooking the city. I only needed to capture a moment. During the important part of the ceremony, the pastor was asking them to hold the Bible as a sign of commitment to love each other. The only way for me to get a shot with the sky as background was to lie down on the grass, almost right below them (and making a nuisance of myself). Lost in the moment, they barely noticed me. Together, they held on to the Bible.

The three of them didn't step on me, either.
