Obsessed with Funny Signs

I started collecting these humorous (intentional or not) materials when I flew to Manado, Indonesia in 1995 and found to my delight that there were so many items to gather. Unfortunately, my camera being a film cam then, I collected the brochures and reading materials I could get and scanned them when I got back to Davao. Thus started my foray into collecting signs that make me smile. It was also a good training ground for getting serious in photography, having gone digital.

In 2006, my collection was compiled by somebody and took the net by storm among Pinoys who received and sent the viral attachments. The funny signs came back to me several times and I started receiving happy mails. I got my fifteen minutes of fame. Now that the hoopla has died down (I was interviewed and featured in several TV shows, and my defunct website was cited several times), I can showcase my recent collections quietly since everybody has started their own as well.

Sharing with you my highly cherished possession of bloopers, funny signs, amusing and interesting items or weird sightings I have seen in my travel.
