The Spring Shire Horse held at Peterborough presented a great opportunity to try out my new Canon SX10 IS.

It's certainly different to life with an SLR - pluses and minuses. But I think what I am most pleased with
was how much easier it feels to take candids. Probably because I didn't feel I looked like a serious photographer
and therefore was less conspicuous.
