Nice looking steak. What's the deal with the eartags? I haven't been around farmland in so long, but they didn't do that here unless the stock was being sold. Makes me wonder if they're keeping track of them due to madcow? Not going to do any good unless they stop using them for bone meal fertilizer... That's a mean strain of microbs!
