Weather not permitting

The Red Arrows were due to do a flypast in the dale this morning (weather permitting)
I went up the hill to get a nice high viewpoint. The clouds had a different idea.

Just when you don't need them, there they are...a great shame that the arrows, aren't brightening up the view.

The red arrows would have looked good on a grey background too!

It does look a bit naff for uppity-up-up stuff...still, look on the bright side - you got a pretty neat late summer-into-autumn landscape though

Pesky clouds - mind you, if they were any good, they'd have flown underneath for you :o)
