Froze cottage

Temperature got up to a balmy -4 C today,
and we only got an extra inch or two of snow,
it feels positively spring like.
Holly was swimming in the burn on Thursday,
...... it was -12 C.
Today she was ploughing through snow that was deeper than her legs.

Looks like it's thinking of thawing (but I wouldn't bet on it happening any time soon).
