Part of a crankcase die for 1.5cc ETA which never made it into production

Die created for a new ETA engine? Unfortunately we only ever found one side of the die which we decided to turn into a conversation piece. General dimensions appear to be those of a front induction 1,5 cc motor. Was the motor ever built if so what did it look like?
