Keukenhof is a bulb flower park situated in the province Zuid Holland, about 10 km south of Haarlem. It is the largest bulb flower park in the world and covers an area of more than 30 hectares and counts about millions tulips in 100 varieties. It is one of the most popular attractions in the Netherlands and is visited by almost one million visitors every year in the spring period between March and May. The bulbs are supplied by 91 Royal Warrant Holders. Seven million flower bulbs are planted by hand and the park counts more than 2,500 trees in 87 varieties (source: www.keukenhof.nl)
