The 53rd Annual Antique and Classic Car Show in Stowe, Vermont held on August 13th through the 15th.

The show is organized by the Vermont Auto Enthusiasts and has been held in Stowe, Vermont
for the past 53 years. Highlights of the show are; a large flea market, costume contest,
parade, auto judging, and a block party in Stowe Village on Saturday night.

Cars are lined up on the field for the first 2 days by show registration number,
then on Sunday the cars are lined up by class for judging. The popularity of the
show makes it the busiest weekend of the year in Stowe, busier than any ski weekend.
The show was originally proposed by the Stowe Area Association to generate lodging
business during, what was then, the slow summer season.

In the evening, many cars gather in Stowe Village, giving the village a look of yesteryear.
The show always attracts about 900 cars, from many surrounding states and Canada.
