Ginny's dad, Richard and I went to the Clear Creek distillery in Portland today for a tour. It was very interesting to see how distilled spirits are made. It looks like its a lot of fun to do. They had a tasting session which was interesting. Richard and I ended up buying some stuff that was really good. These guys make a scotch which is very popular. When they bottle it after 3 years in the cask, they sell out in a couple days. I put my name on the list for four bottles. They will be available in August.
