This is a photo of Vince and Eileen Dobbins, lifelong residents of Hillsboro, sitting on the front bumper of a quarter of a million dollar brand new fire engine. You may be asking yourself why they are doing this. The reason is that they DONATED it to Washington County. We went to the dedication ceremony today. Vince is a farmer, by the way. His greatest thrill was being able to drive the machine in the fourth of July parade in Hillsboro.

probably so, but it is great at washing the cow poop off the slab!

Nice people, but I have the feeling they gave it to the county because it got so dirty on the farm and was poor at harvesting wheat or filberts.

I like the name of the truck. "Dobbinator" pretty sweet.
