I made a birthday lunch for Ginny. Her birthday was actually Tuesday, but our family tradition is to have the party at a convenient time. So, I prepared this meal including tomato and cottage cheese, peach yogurt, bagels and cream cheese and salmon. The drinks were supposed to me mimosas, but I had to stick to orange juice since I had students coming in a couple hours.
