This is Friday and this is Lent. So, no meat on Fridays. No problem! Ginny pulled some yummy Oregon clams out of the freezer and we had a fried clam feed. Now I have to tell you about my brother in law, Paul. There is one way his folks can get him to stop by for a while, and that is a clam feed. It is fun to watch. His dad says they are going to pull some clams out of the freezer, and he pulls out an extra package because he knows darn well that Paul can't resist them. You have to realize that these delicacies are fried in enough butter to give the American Heart Association a heart attack. That is the way it is done in the family.
