It was a pretty crappy day out here. I was at the hangar working on some calculus when I heard turbines spooling up. The only airplane moving was this King Air. I didn't work up this photo at all, because it really portrays the gloomy day at LaPorte. The thing that always sticks in my mind is that the pilot will have this airplane on top in a few minutes and will be enjoying the sunshine. How cool.
