Ginny got invited out for a free lunch today down at The Aquarium in Kemah. So I decided to continue my project of emptying the freezer and chose some elk round steaks. I converted them into a swiss steak dish and had that for lunch. It was pretty good. Rob - this is real easy to make and you would really like it.
