What do you do with left over rice? Why, you make rice pudding out of it. Ginny makes great rice pudding. Here she is taking the second of two batches out of the oven. She said she remembered how her mom would make it when she was a youngster. It would be ready when they got home from school and the kids would ruin their dinner on it. It was great!
