For a fact it was raining there in Houston on the 25th of July. Our plane was delayed by about 3 hrs getting to Lubbock because of the rain in Houston, then we had to run to catch our next flight only to sit on the runway with AC problems on the plane for 3½ hrs. That's on an overseas flight of 11 hrs!!
