These are some of the Air Force JROTC students from North Shore High School in Galena Park. They came out to the airport today to visit Bob Wagstaff at K&W Aviation to find out about aircraft maintenance and to ogle some airplanes (Bloke's DSA-1 and my Swift). This was a great bunch of kids, very well behaved. We all enjoyed intereacting with them. They are posing in front of Bloke's airplane. The gnome behind the wing is Lynn Wright, a noble and active volunteer with the group and a friend of ours from RC flying. He wears a hat because he doesn't want to blind anyone with the glare from his head.
