There are two railroad crossings on Bay Area Boulevard between my house and the airport. About once a week I get caught by some long darn train. Today was one of those days. They ought to make the trains move at night or something. Maybe they ought to require that the railroad company put in overpasses. I don't know, it just irks me sometimes.
I love trains and enjoy watching them go by, even if it interrupts my motion. The sounds of the metal behemoth are heavenly. Close your eyes, listen to the noise, and wonder where all that stuff is being transported and why. Clickety clack! :-)
