It is Easter Sunday. We went to a sunrise mass this morning at our church. It was magnificent. There was a full moon. The service started at 6:30. Sunrise was at 7:00. The light in the east and the full moon in the west was very memorable. Father Bob also managed to keep the mass to about an hour. That in itself is an accomplishment.

After church we headed home for our traditional Easter photo. Ginny had a beautiful amaryllis bloom which you can see here. Easter is a great celebration which I thoroughly enjoy. But it is only in second place. Christmas always takes the cake.
