It was a short hop (3.5 hrs) from Tuscaloosa to Atlanta. First stop was the hotel we will be staying at for three nights. This is our usual spot when visiting the Kids in Alpharetta. We had some time to relax before heading into Atlanta to meet up with our good friends Dabney and Tom. Ginny and I have known Dabney for 44 years since we were together in graduate school. We decided to go to dinner at Ponce City Market. We had a nice walk to the place and had dinner in a Mexican joint. Ponce City Market is a bunch of shops and restaurants built into an old giant Sears Roebuck building. After dinner Ginny and Dabney went to some shops and Tom and I just hung out. Today's photo is of Ginny looking for curtains at some shop. She is always on the lookout for stuff for the house. She asked for a catalog and we quickly exited the premises. Thankfully.
