While I have a little time on my hands I am trying to get caught up on my State Capitols Gallery. So far, 34 of the 41 we have visited have been posted. It takes a while to go through all the photos we took and make a list of the ones that will be posted. Today North Dakota was on the work list. Should finish it tomorrow.

It is good to have references to help with things. Wikipedia is very good with state capitols. Most states also have a website. One of the best, however, is Ginny's trip diary. When we are traveling, evenings in the hotel are a busy time for both of us. My job is to process and keyword all the photos we took that day. Ginny works on her trip diary and keeps it up to date as we travel. Over the five years she has been keeping a diary, it has morphed from a simple written daily entry to a full blown scrapbook. She collects things during the day that might make good entries and then writes, cuts and pastes in the evening. For me doing the catch up on capitols, it is a terrific information source. I refer to it all the time. She is up to eight volumes now.
