We are off on a short road trip for the weekend. Going to New Orleans for the wedding of the daughter of one of the cry room alumni. As I have mentioned before, a group of us met in the cry room at St. Bernadette in the early 80's when we were having kids. The group has stuck together pretty well except that Karen and Paul moved to New Orleans. We get together whenever the chance comes along. So this Friday night was a welcoming party at the New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Company. We had a great time. Everybody did. It is hard not to have a great time when you are amongst friends and there is an ample supply of food and drink.
