Project Day 79 - Exile Day 29 - The painters were busy at the house. Ginny was busy with her decorator friend Melinda making choices on wall paint. It looks like white or off white to me. There are lots of color chips around the house. Ginny keeps track of them. She does have to get a decision in the near future because they are almost ready to paint walls. They were painting some of the trim today. Looks like they will also be working on Saturday again.

On another front, I managed to pull an incredible bone head error last night. I had left the lights on in the Lexus and the battery got pulled down. Simple matter to jump it. I have jumped cars and airplanes many, many times. This time for the first time ever, I crossed the leads. That played havoc with the electrical system. Some giant fuse somewhere under the hood was blown. I got it towed off to my favorite repair shop (see photo) and they fixed it up. It was a good idea to have a pro take a look just in case anything else got fried. So I am feeling pretty stupid, and Ginny agrees with me for once.
