We had three different contractors at the house today. We put in an entirely new water system and water heater. That required 25 square holes to be cut in walls and ceilings. The sheet rock guy has been here two days and has completed all the patches and texturing. Friday he will come and paint. The plumber came to install a new shower control and shower head. The air conditioner guy came and replaced an expansion valve. Lots of activity here. After Friday we will be back to normal and just in time for another road trip that starts next Tuesday. We are heading west for seven weeks. Upon our return, Ginny has decided that we will redo the sinks and fixtures in all the bathrooms. More pandemonium, but the result will be very good. Ginny is an excellent general contractor.
