After spending some time at the Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, we made a bee line for Atlanta. Our objective was to meet up with our great friends Tom and Dabney and have a nice dinner. One of our favorite places is Panita Thai Kitchen. We had a very nice time and the food was very good, as always. We have known Dabney for 44 years. She and I shared a lab in graduate school. She followed the high road and became a Professor of Chemistry at Georgia State University. That is quite and accomplishment.
As far as the photo is concerned, Ginny and Dabney agree that Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with anything.
