One structure that continually interests me is a wooden roller coaster. They have one at Kemah. I have photographed it before several times. I want to figure out how to show the overall complexity of the structure. This morning I headed out well before sunrise to shoot some photos from atop the parking garage which is a place I scouted out before but never took photos from. The inside of the structure is illuminated and I thought that might give a feeling for the complexity. Well, I think that it might eventually. Today I was thwarted by some high winds which didn't allow much of a steady shot, even on the tripod. So this is what I ended up with. Still have a lot of thinking to do.

The complex supporting structure of a wooden
roller coaster is a feast for the eyes.
