This was pretty much a travel day for us. We went from Seward to Talkeetna on a bus. It was very nice scenery all along the way. We stopped in Anchorage for a while and went back to the Anchorage Museum for about an hour. That was fun. Today's photo is a self portrait in infrared taken at the museum. We continued on to Talkeetna which is just south of Denali National Paark. We got cheked in to the lodge then took the shuttle down to the main drag of Talkeetna. This is not a very big town. It is a tourist town. There were gift shops, restaurants and a brewery. That sounded good to me. The little brewery even sold some of their brews in cans. I chose a six pack of their Twister Creek IPA and was not disappointed with the choice. Toward the end of the week we will be headed into Denali National Park for a few days.
