We had a great day down in the French Quarter in New Orleans. We took a two hour guided tour, munched out on oyster po'boys and beer, went to a free jazz concert at the New Orleans Jazz National historic Park and went back to Paul and Karen's for a nice dinner and plentiful wine and conversation. We are blessed to have such good friends. Today's photo is a Ginny production. It is the statue of Andrew Jackson in Jackson Square. She shot it into the sun with the intent of making a silhouette. I did a little post production to enhance the silhouetting and remove some pesky phone lines from the picture. I think it looks pretty good.
