It is whisky harvest day! I look forward to it. Today I had two batches ready for processing. It is a pretty simple procedure. Filter off the chips and charcoal, measure the alcohol content, adjust the alcohol content then ENJOY. I had two different recipes today. Still working on it. In general I am happy that I end up with a decent tasting whisky. This is fun. |
