Ten years ago Richard's friend Stefano (from Italy) visited with us for Thanksgiving. He gave us a couple bottles of wine and said not to open them for a while. So, they have been stuck away in a safe place for ten years. Richard came for a week's visit with us and said it was about time to try some of that wine. Stefano said it was ready. So we cooked a great meal of beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes and asparagus and had the wine with our dinner. It was great. We really enjoyed it. So here Ginny and Richard are posing with the bottle of Pio Cesare Barolo 2000 which we really enjoyed. Thanks Stefano!
